Terms of Service
These terms cover your use of Syncipal. By installing the app, you agree to them.
The service
Syncipal reads tracking from your fulfilled Shopify orders and submits it to the matching PayPal transaction, automatically. You connect your Shopify store and PayPal account, and we handle the syncing.
Billing
Syncipal is $8.99 per month with unlimited syncing, after a 7-day free trial. Billing is handled through your Shopify invoice. You can cancel anytime by uninstalling the app; charges already billed are non-refundable.
What we don't promise
We submit valid tracking to PayPal, which is the evidence PayPal looks for before releasing held funds. But whether PayPal releases funds, lifts a hold, or grants Seller Protection is PayPal's decision, not ours. We can't guarantee an outcome on your PayPal account.
Your responsibilities
Keep your Shopify and PayPal accounts in good standing, and use Syncipal only for orders you're authorized to manage. Don't try to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or abuse the service.
Trademarks
Syncipal is not affiliated with or endorsed by PayPal or Shopify. PayPal and Shopify are trademarks of their respective owners.
Liability
Syncipal is provided "as is," without warranties. To the extent allowed by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the prior three months.
Changes
We may update these terms as the product changes. If we make a material change, we'll update the date above. Continued use means you accept the new terms.
